- 3. Assemble the carburetor. For the coupling screws of the float chamber, the carburetor and the engine, do not tighten them at one time. They must be tightened several times. Generally, the tightening torque is between 12N.m and 15N.m, for measuring holes. The tightening torque is generally between 1.5Nm and 3.0Nm. Excessive tightening torque will damage the threads, cause deformation of the parts, and affect the performance of the carburetor.
- 2. To clean the carburetor, first wipe the outer surface of the purifier. The internal parts can be cleaned with a special cleaning agent for the carburetor or industrial gasoline. Pay attention to the gasoline gum on the surface of the parts. The cleaned parts are blown clean with compressed air, and can not be wiped with cloth or paper that will produce burrs. The blocked holes should be flushed out with gasoline or compressed air.
- 1. The carburetor is a key component of the engine, and small changes may affect the performance of the vehicle. Therefore, in the process of disassembling and assembling the carburetor, use suitable tools and moderate strength to prevent deformation of parts. The disassembled parts should be placed neatly in order to prevent missing or wrong installation during assembly.
